Meet Christine

NEW BEGINNINGS THROUGH DOULA SERVICES

Serving a woman before, during and after childbirth is the Lord’s gift of the abundant blessing of Himself as a Doula witnesses the joy set before a mother as she awaits the birth of her child and the love and care she provides once the child enters the world.

FAMILY CARE SERVICES

Relationships are developed when caring for families in their homes, loving them well will nurture them as their family grows and leaning on the Lord’s mercy and grace for strength to train up children in the ways of the Lord.

PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE THROUGH LIFE COACHING

It does not matter where a woman comes from in the past or where she is at now in the present– whether single or married, children or not, working at home or outside the home, the Lord brings growth through our brokenness in many different ways and coaching may be where he is leading her forward to Him for future purposes.

Welcome!  My name is Christine and I am glad you stopped by.  One may wonder how a person goes from working in the corporate world in Telecom to completely changing careers later in life of owning a company offering services for families and personal growth?  It is faith in the Lord and all of the life experiences he has brought me through that has inspired the path of where I am today.  Living Stones Abound offers LIFE by design! Doula Services, Family Care Services, Life Coaching and the Image Journal™.

It is a great privilege as a Birth Doula to be able to serve a mother, father and families through the birth of their child.  The Lord has provided the opportunity for me to provide emotional support, physical comfort and assistance in obtaining information before, during and after childbirth.  I have been blessed with the joy of children through serving in the birthing experience of bringing life into this world.

Beyond being a Birth Doula, I also provide Family Care Services for growing families, a unique offering that is customized per family to fit their particular needs.  Whether that be caring for their children, light household responsibilities or help with taking care of their pets.

Life Coaching is all about developing and nurturing relationships with women; helping them to embrace life’s messiness and learning and growing to be more Christ-like as we prepare for eternity.  I love bringing into each coaching relationship a combination of laughter, humor and seriousness to match the client’s personality.  Clients have spoken about the gift of listening that the Lord has given me, walking away feeling heard as I draw them out with deep care.

LIVE TO SERVE; LOVE ONE ANOTHER; LAUGH AT THE TIME TO COME:

We only have one life to live on this earth. Live every day with intentionality of servicing others and knowing this world is not our home. Love one another and spend the time storing up treasures in heaven by investing in people while here on this earth. Being able to Laugh at the time to come rejoicing in the Lord always.

I know firsthand what it takes to make changes in life and to move forward with zeal in the Lord even when life seems to go in a different direction than I thought it would.  Being single with no children of my own was a struggle I dealt with for many years, but I am continuiously learning to be content of where the Lord has placed me.  I come from a place of brokenness and living of the world to now relying on the Lord in the brokenness while living in the world as a sojourner.

I strive to live a life in serving others and being intentional and wise with the gifts that I have been given by the Lord.  Whether I’m spreading laughter or sharing tears with someone, spending quality time with others or alone with the Lord, being a host mom for Together For Good for families  in crisis or helping to care for the needs of my church family.

I would love to get to know you better and I believe the Lord places people in our lives at just the right time.  Click on the Connect page and send me a note!

Peace & Joy to you!

Christine
